Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

The products are delivered all over the world.



Dispatch costs (excl. VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

Within Germany, we charge €10.00 for delivery.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight shipping), costs are calculated based on effort.

International Deliveries:

We calculate international shipping costs based on the shipping weight.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight shipping) abroad, costs are calculated based on effort.

The minimum order value is €25.00.

Delivery Times:

The delivery time for domestic and international shipments will be communicated no later than 3 days after the order is placed, via order confirmation. For deliveries made on prepayment, the delivery period begins only after your payment instruction.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Prepayment by bank transfer

  • Payment via PayPal

  • Payment by invoice

Further Payment Details:

Payment by invoice is only available to registered customers and for domestic orders.

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.

Special agreements related to the offered payment methods

Validity check
If we pay in advance, e.g. when paying an invoice or a debit note, your data will be forwarded to Creditreform, Machtlfinger Str. 13, 81379 München, for a validity check using a mathematical-statistic process in order to safeguard our authorised interests. We reserve the right  to reject the mode of payment of an invoice or debit note on the basis of the results of the validity check.

Payment via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout"
If you select a payment method offered via "PayPal" / "PayPal Checkout", the payment will be processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. (22-24 Boulevard Royal L-2449, Luxembourg; "PayPal"). The individual payment methods via "PayPal" will be displayed to you under a correspondingly designated button on our Internet presence as well as in the online ordering process. "PayPal" may use other payment services for payment processing; if special payment conditions apply, you will be informed of these separately.
